WSQ Change Management
(Level 3) (SF)
Change Management imparts critical skills and competencies to learners at the managerial or minimum supervisory level to effectively apply change control procedures to raise the workforce competencies and to maximize their potential and capabilities to contribute to their organization.
What you will learn:
This course aims for learners to be able to:
Apply change control procedures and provide suggestions for tweaks at the workplace to support endorsed changes effectively
Facilitate change implementation in the workplace by identifying and documenting impact of change to stakeholders, developing supportive materials and means to communicate changes, and identifying the costs and resources required for change implementation
Identify opportunities and proactively apply and support change within own scope of work to improve work performance and processes
Minimum WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 for Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking OR
At least GCE ‘N’ Level Pass in English
At least 4 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years are at supervisory/managerial level
The total course duration for WSQ Change Management (Level 3) (SF) is 16 hours, excluding break time.
