Malcolm Chen

Malcolm Chen is an experienced digital marketing strategist with over 10 years of practice. He was the Regional Head of Marketing at a hospitality group where he led a team of 20 staff across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Taiwan. He formulated the omnichannel marketing strategy with a focus on brand storytelling and digital transformation rooted in a data-driven approach. He is a bilingual trainer and course developer with over 4,000 training hours since 2008. He has trained over 2,500 adult learners and full-time students with an average rating of 5.47 out of 6.
